![]() ![]() Fu, Waxberry-like microspheres with high-performance microwave absorption. Based on the structure and performance of materials, this work provides a reference for the design and fabrication of lightweight high-performance microwave absorption materials. When the mass ratio of Aniline and is 5:3, composites have the best reflection loss of − 52.19 dB at 12.08 GHz with a superior bandwidth (≤ − 10 dB) of 5.36 GHz at a thickness of 2.7 mm, and its true density is 2.12 g/cm 3, which is only 39.7% of Ba 0.5Sr 0.5Fe 12O 19. The results show that the core–shell structure material with Ba 0.5Sr 0.5Fe 12O 19 and PANI cladding has great impedance matching characteristics and synergistic magnetic and dielectric loss. Hollow 0.5Sr 0.5Fe 12O 19/PANI composites were successfully prepared by sol–gel and in situ polymerization methods that were tested and characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, EDS, VSM, true density test, and VNA. ![]() Microwave absorption materials have been extensively utilized in infrastructure construction, radar detection, radiation protection, electronic devices, and other fields, which are generally required to have low density, strong absorption, and wide bandwidth. ![]()
